To cancel an order you have placed with Shut Up Store, you must contact customer service by email. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Contact shut up store to cancel your order at info@shutupstore.com. Subject “Order cancellation,” Be sure to include all the above information in your email. Someone will get back to you within one (1) business day.
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within five (5) business days (Monday through Friday) of your payment. We can not, currently, provide an email notification when your order is shipped, but items marked as “in-stock” will be shipped within five (5) business days of payment.

Defective merchandise will be replaced by NEW, non-defective merchandise of the same size/style as the defective merchandise. The new item will be shipped USPS or, through the international shipper we used for your international order at Shut Up Stores cost. If you receive a defective t-shirt from Shut Up Store, contact info@shutupstore.com via email with the subject “Shut Up Store Defective Merchandise.” Please include your name, address, order number and a brief description of the defect. Please allow 2-4 days for a returned email with further instruction.
Shut Up Store does not provide refunds for merchandise received by the customer in acceptable condition. Please see “NO REFUNDS” and “What Is Defective Merchandise” below, for the details of our no refunds policy, and What is Defective Merchandise policy.
Products sold by Shut Up Store are sold with no warranty. Customer accepts all responsibility for merchandise received by Shut Up Store in NEW, NON-DEFECTIVE condition. Shut Up Store will replace defective merchandise at shut Up Stores cost, but no warranty is expressed or implied for the condition or utility of any merchandise once it is received by the customer in new, non-defective condition. By placing an order with Shut Up Store, you are confirming that you have read and understand our No Warranty policy.
Products that are deemed “Defective” would be a t-shirt with peeling screen printing. That is noticed during customers unboxing of t-shirt. Nothing more. A replacement t-shirt of the same size/style will be shipped to the customer at Shut Up Stores cost. Please see RETURN POLICY T-SHIRTS, above for return information. By placing an order with Shut Up Store you are confirming that you have read and understand our What Is Defective Merchandise Policy.
